First round of skiing is complete

Yestardays beautiful weather has unfortunately been replaced by light rain. However, the wind is still non-existent and the water surface is perfect! The finals in tricks have just started but I don´t believe the rain will be a problem. Currently in the lead after the first round is Pierre Ballon from France with a massive score of 10440p and Silvia Caruso from Italy is leading the ladies with a first round performance of 6,940p.

We have seen some fantastic slalomskiing by Sacha Descuns and Fred Winter whom both ran 2,00/58/10,75 to tie for the lead in mens slalom. Claudio Köstenberger really liked the Norwegian jump ramp and smoked everone with a huge 63,4m jump. In the ladies divison, Manon Castard from France is in the lead with a very respectful score of 4,50/55/12,00m and Nancy Chardin is leading jump with a leap measuring 45,0m.

Please stay tuned and don´t forget to watch us live on the webcast!
